Itami Air Base was returned to Japan in 1958.
And Aircraft Control was returned to Japan in 1959.
So the 1959 Spring Edition is the last one which places KA4 stations as KA4AB.
After that, KA4US appeared between 1965 Summer-Winter Editions.
